We are proud to announce that the Innovair Group is now SAFE Work-Certified!
The SAFE Work Certification is Manitoba’s safety and health certification standard awarded to workplaces that take proactive steps to prevent workplace illness and injury. This certification was created with safety essentials in mind, such as leadership commitment, hazard identification and risk control, and worker participation and engagement.
In 2018, we decided to document our dedication and commitment to creating a safe workplace by working towards this certification. Since then, we have been working to substantiate and elevate our safety processes and programs.
We are so grateful to our leadership and team members for their commitment to creating a safety culture like no other. Following our certification, the auditor granted us the highest score they had ever given for workplace engagement. We would like to recognize and acknowledge the individuals of our safety committee who spent countless hours working towards ensuring we received our SAFE Work Certification.
This is an important milestone for our company; in addition to being leaders in our industry, we are proud to be leaders in creating a physical and psychologically safe space for our team members, customers, and partners. Safety is and has always been an integral part of our culture, now we can say for a fact that our workplace is amongst the safest in Manitoba.
